High Brix 2008 Garden Examples

This celery was about 2" tall at the time it was transplanted.  In 45 days it was 25" tall and ready to harvest.   This variety was expected to mature in 110 days.  Time to harvest was reduced by 60%.

Red cabbage in 45 days is ready to harvest with 6 inch heads. 

At harvest time our Red Wheat Grass was a sweet 14 brix.
 

High brix Tomatoes stored at room temperature for 14 months did not spoil.
