High Brix 2008 Garden Examples

We used all the products in our Garden Sales Kit  to grow these high quality (high brix) plants.  Click here for an explanation of brix and plant quality.  This method of growing plants produces results that most people have not observed before.  Plants may grow much faster than normal.  For example, the Celery plants below grew to 25 inches tall in 30-45 days and were ready to harvest.  Plant yields can be substantially higher.  And, of course, the nutritional value of these plants is greatly enhanced.

12 Brix Celery grows fast.

At harvest time our celery was a sweet 12 Brix.
